Kitchen Wall Removal (Expansion of space)
By rooming a wall and redirecting the basement stairs this home’s kitchen was doubled in size.
Dentist Office Renovation
This project involved demolishing the front waiting room/ business office of this dentist office to brighten up the office and to create more space. We redid the interior and installed new windows and doors. We also poured concrete for drainage and a front ramp and then installed a railing.
This job was an attic improvement. The attic was cold, dark and drafty. Smooth wall drywall. Built ins. Window installation. Painting.
Tiny Shed Conversion
2,000 sq. ft. New Home Framing
Room Addition with Loft
Basement Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom was a major transformation. This split level homes master bedroom is in the basement. We completely remodeled the bathroom and made and entrance from the master bedroom into the bathroom through the shower.
Roseway Sidewalk Repair
This sidewalk repair started with us getting a permit from the City of Portland. We had to request an inspection from the Urban Forestry since we had to cut a couple tree roots to assure that it would not damage the trees on the street. Many people are surprised by the permit process required for this simple repair.
We cut out the damaged concrete and set forms for the replacement concrete. We then poured the concrete for the new smooth sidewalk.
